Are you looking to install a fire pit to bring warmth and comfort to outdoor meet ups in the garden but not sure what you need and what will work in your outdoor space? We have a quick guide to help with some of those initial decisions.
Balcony and Small courtyard garden
When space is at a premium that does not mean you can’t have the benefit of a fire to keep you warm on chilly days on long summer evenings.
The ideal fire pit for you would be a Hemi 26”. In a smaller setting we would recommend using bio fuel, which eliminates the need to any pipework and no need to find extra space to store an LPG tank.
Relaxed Seating Area
The height of outdoor sofas and armchairs pairs perfectly with both our Elevated Halo and Hemi fire pits. Both of which are coffee table height and have the dual function to work as a coffee table when using the metal table top or hard wood table top when the fire pit is not in use.
Both these fire pits have the option of LPG fuel, natural gas and bio fuel. Using a fire pit in an outdoor seating area gives more flexibility in concealing pipework. Pipework can be concealed behind or underneath the furniture or if planning ahead the pipework be run under decking and stonework. Thinking of where the LPG tank goes? LPG tanks area available in a variety of sizes, so you can create bespoke screening for the LPG tank; conceal it in a box made from your decking with ventilation or screen with planting.
Outdoor Dining Area
For outdoor dining we would recommend our linear fire pit, they are our thinnest fire pit allowing the maximum amount of space for seating and they can be joined end to end ensuring the whole dining area is heating. The linear lends itself particularly to a commercial outdoor space as it also creates a fantastic divider between areas.
