Regular shipping times:
Replacement parts normally ship in 3-7 days within North America and can be ordered online including lava rocks and river rock fire stones.
Concrete products (Our collection of modern fire pits, water features, fire pit accessories, surrounds and tiles) ship in 4-6 weeks unless they are quick ship eligible.
Returns Policy
Solus will accept return of products within 7 days. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 7 days of delivery to the purchaser. An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to orders returned, except for defective items.
We also accept returns for exchange of items that are defective. For defective items please contact us at [email protected] or toll-free 1 (877) 255-3146.
Please do not ship any defective item back until you have spoken with a Solus representative and completed a warranty claim form (see PDF below). Filling out a warranty claim form will help us expedite resolution. Before you return the product, we will review your claim, talk with you and request photographs to determine the nature and cause of the defect. Within a reasonable amount of time we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations within 48 hours of order confirmation. Your money will be refunded less the credit card service fee of approximately 3% of the total. An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to all orders that are cancelled after the 48 hour period.

Hemi Firebowl 36″
The Hemi is our flagship fire pit. It is the product that launched Solus into the fire pit world almost twenty years ago. We still hear from clients who have a Solus original from many years ago – still happily using their fire pits. Additionally, we get many client reviews and testimonials along the lines of “after four Edmonton winters it is still in remarkably good shape” and “the fire bowl has exceeded our expectations”.
The Hemi 36″ is a perfect size to suit any space, Solus Decor’s modern concrete fire pits add substantial heat, atmosphere and understated beauty. Built to last, our ‘cross-jet’ gas burners provide ample flames with burners rated at 60,000 to 108,000 BTUs.
Solus Decor’s fire pit warranties are the best in the industry. The Hemi, like all of our fire pits, are fully certified CSA, ANSI, and CE appliances. It is not just the burner that is certified – it is the entire vessel. This ensures you have a product that has been tested and continues to be tested each and every year. Two fuel types (natural gas and liquid propane) with manual or electronic start options. This allows these bowls to be used in any outdoor situation – for residential or commercial spaces.
Each fire bowl is available in 12 colours. The Hemi 36″ comes standard with a bed of lava stone and refractory fire stones for the centre of the bowl. Options for this product include a full bed of fire stones or a hardwood tabletop for added beauty and function. Another option is an all-metal drinks ring/tabletop which can be used when the fire is on or off. By simply reinserting the middle of the tabletop, the fire pit can be used as a fully functional coffee table when there is no fire. The latest addition to the Solus accessory line is an all-glass shield to protect your flame against the wind.
