Regular shipping times: 
Replacement parts normally ship  in 3-7 days within North America and can be ordered online including lava rocks and river rock fire stones.
Concrete products (Our collection of modern fire pits, water features, fire pit accessories, surrounds and tiles) ship in 4-6 weeks unless they are quick ship eligible.

Returns Policy

Solus will accept return of products within 7 days. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 7 days of delivery to the purchaser. An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to orders returned, except for defective items. 

We also accept returns for exchange of items that are defective. For defective items please contact us at [email protected] or toll-free 1 (877) 255-3146.

Please do not ship any defective item back until you have spoken with a Solus representative and completed a warranty claim form (see PDF below). Filling out a warranty claim form will help us expedite resolution. Before you return the product, we will review your claim, talk with you and request photographs to determine the nature and cause of the defect. Within a reasonable amount of time we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations within 48 hours of order confirmation. Your money will be refunded less the credit card service fee of approximately 3% of the total.  An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to all orders that are cancelled after the 48 hour period.

Elevated Halo 36″

The Elevated Halo fire pits

The Elevated Halo 36″ is an expansion from the original Halo Low 36″, designed to provide a table surface at coffee table height that complements most contemporary outdoor furniture. The Elevated Halo is a perfect 3’ square. It cradles its flame, allowing the flickering firelight to reflect on its polished concrete surface. Crisp outer edges curve smoothly into the central fire openings, creating a modern, sculptural feel. This sculptural feel is a signature Solus look. Achieving this level of craftsmanship is no small task. Our concrete is exceptional in its compressive strength – measuring at > 10,000 Psi or 69 MPa. This is one of the principal reasons why we are able to achieve this sculptural look — a look that imitators struggle to match.

The tabletop rests on a 30“ wide box base, giving the fire pit a substantial foundation and raising it to the perfect coffee table height. With its clean profiles and soft curves, the Elevated Halo 36” fits well into a wide variety of outdoor environments, from traditional to modern. Both sizes offer the warmth of fire along with the functionality of a table and can be used in conjunction with standard seating. Optional accessories include additional firestones and a metal table top that fully covers the burner, transforming the fire pit into a functional table when the flame is not in use. For added comfort and performance, an glass wind shield is also available to protect your flame from the wind while maintaining clear views of the fire.

These sculptural, elevated halo fire pits provide the glow of a campfire along with space for glasses and goodies at coffee table height.

As with all Solus Decor natural gas and propane fire pits and fire tables, the construction of our fire pits is world-class. All of our gas burners are constructed of commercial-grade brass and come with a 25-year warranty. The entire range of Solus fire pits has had extensive testing for Canadian, American and European standards and therefore are rated as a complete appliance.  The Halo series is very popular for commercial locations as it provides not only heat and ambience but table functionality which allows for the placement of small plates and drinks.

The Elevated Halo series both 36 and 48 are available to clients in both North America through our Vancouver location and through our London office for all locations in the UK , Europe and the Middle East.  The Halo series is available in two fuel types – natural gas & liquid propane.  Additionally, both the 36 and 48 have options for all metal table tops which convert the fire pit into a functional table in the absence of a fire.  Halo fire pits also have available custom-made windshields (circular glass) to surround the fire (and are removable if desired).

Product Details

  • Our natural gas fire pits are certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards. We also have full European CE certification as EN 509:2000 – Decorative Fuel Effects Gas Appliances and EN 60335-1:2001 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances.   • Each of our fire pits comes with a warranty on workmanship and performance. Warranties are extended with the purchase and use of one of our All-Weather covers.
  • Each burner is assembled in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminum and thermoplast components and individually tested.
  • Propane fire pits are certified to ANSI standards. All propane burners are assembled in the USA from brass components and are individually tested to meet specific certification requirements.
  • Each of our fire pits are hand-cast from high-performance, fibre-reinforced concrete which has been tested to ASTM standards.
  • All concrete pieces are sealed with a penetrating sealer to minimize weathering. Table surfaces are treated with an extra protective coating to protect from prolonged exposure to food and drink spills.
