We can “quick ship” many of our modern fire pits and water features. Please call us at 1 (877) 255-3146 to discuss options available. Quick ship is subject to stock availability and time of year.
Regular shipping times:
Replacement parts normally ship in 3-7 days within North America and can be ordered online including lava rocks and fire stones.
Concrete products (our collection of modern fire pits, water features, fire pit accessories, surrounds and tiles) ship in 4-6 weeks unless they are quick ship eligible.
Burners ship within two weeks of full payment. If you require quick ship please contact us. Expedited shipments can be accommodated depending on the time of year. You can also add any accessories such as lava rocks, firestones, or glass shields at the time of purchase.
Returns Policy
Solus will accept return of products within 7 days. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 7 days of delivery to the purchaser. An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to orders returned, except for defective items.
Should you encounter an issue with the firepit do not ship any item back until you have spoken with a Solus representative and completed a warranty claim form. Filling out a warranty claim form will help us expedite resolution. Before you return the product, we will review your claim, talk with you and request photographs to determine the nature and cause of the defect. Within a reasonable amount of time we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations within 48 hours of order confirmation. Your money will be refunded less the credit card service fee of approximately 3% of the total. An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to all orders that are cancelled after the 48 hour period.

Your safety is our top priority, every system features a CSA/ANSI certified burner in either LPG – propane or Natural gas ( NG configurations include a regulator ) for a secure connection. Tailored to fit your exact project needs—with selectable options for fuel type, burner plate size, and support stands—each certified ( CSA/ANSI burner ) is professionally pre-assembled and rigorously test-fired at our facility before shipping to guarantee flawless performance. Enjoy a brilliant, reliable fire pit flame backed by our 25-year warranty on the brass components. Our maximum certified burner is 108,000 btus which is plenty of heat for a fire pit considering the average furnace of a home is 80- 150,000 btus. In our opinion a 250,000 is overdone and unneccesary. Make sure the burner is certified by itself. Not to a standard of but is actually CSA certified. The burner manufacturer should be able to provide a document that looks like this.

Our natural gas fire pits are certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards.
Each of our burners comes with an extensive warranty on workmanship and performance.
Build Quality
Each burner is assembled and tested in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminum and thermoplast components.
Propane and Natural gas fire pits are certified to CSA and. ANSI standards. All burners are assembled and tested in Canada from brass to meet specific certification requirements.
Burner Options
- 2 fuel options: Natural Gas, Liquid Propane
- 3 ignition types: Manual, Manual with flame supervision device and Electronic
- Manual (MLS) – Operates like a BBQ, turn the gas on and light with a bbq lighter, recommended for residential applications, has an adjustable valve so you can adjust your flame height.
- Manual with flame supervision – operates like the manual with the exception of a standing pilot light and flame supervision device that must remain lit for the fire to remain on It is a safety requirement for manual high output burners above 60,000 btus. Please note that many burners in the marketplace are not certified as they have no flame supervision device. Buyer beware.
- Electronic (ADJ AUTO) – Turn it on and off with a switch or timer or a remote powered via RF. power must be run to the fire pit. Ideal for public commercial spaces, has an adjustable valve on the firepit to customize the flame height. Please note all electronic burners require 110 volts to operate. Shutoff valves, remotes ,timers and switches are not sold by Solus and are readily available. More often than not electricians remain attached to certain products which vary region to region.
