Although each municipality or state has it’s own regulations it is generally accepted to be far safer than a wood burning firepit as most areas now ban wood firepits during hot and dry seasons. The increasing bans on wood burning firepits to reduce CO2 also continues across most states and provinces.

Natural gas and liquid propane fire pit burners are CSA/Warnock Hersey certified for outdoor use in Canada and the U.S. and require a simple, approved gas hookup.
