Returns & Cancellations
Solus will accept return of products that are in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery to the purchaser. An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to orders returned that are not defective.
Please do not ship any defective item back until you have spoken with a Solus representative and completed a warranty claim form (see PDF below). Filling out a warranty claim form will help us expedite resolution. Before you return the product, we will review your claim, talk with you and request photographs to determine the nature and cause of the defect. Within a reasonable amount of time we will determine whether you are entitled > to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

We accept cancellations within 48 hours of order confirmation. An administrative fee of 50% of the total product price will apply to all orders that are cancelled after the 48 hour period.
