Solus Decor launch a new metal table top and fire ring as part of their accessory range for 2018
Solus Decor launched the new metal table top as part of their gas fire pit accessories range at RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London last month. The new metal table top is part of the growing accessories range from Solus Decor’s contemporary outdoor fire pit range, providing additional function to the outdoor fire pits.
New Metal Table Top and Fire Ring
These tops come in two styles. The metal ring tops are designed to fit a Hemi 36″ or 48″ fire pit and the top for the Hemi 26″ is disc shaped without a ring. The centre of the ring top removes so the fire pit can be lit, leaving a ring table that can be used for drinks, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Our new metal table top and fire ring is constructed from noncorrosive aluminum and stainless steel. Like all Solus Decor products it is designed to be outside and withstand the elements.
The aluminum is hard anodized to create a scratch resistant surface that is integral to the aluminum itself. The dual purpose design and material is ideal for both commercial and residential environments.
You can get in contact with us find out more about Solus Decor’s accessories for existing products and the full range of Solus Decor’s fire and water products. We can help you find the perfect product for your commercial and residential outdoor space.
Solus are looking forward to once again showcasing our modern backyard fire pits at this year’s Hospitality Design Expo, held at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
This year we are excited to launch a new Linear fire pit. This new Solus gas firepit is 6ft in length and can be used as single height or stacked for double height. Either composition will have an impact in your outdoor space.
Are you are looking to make an impact with your entrance? Or a design statement with a modern fire pit for a restaurant or hotel terrace. The Linear can provide semi-private areas when double height, or a divide areas for dining and drinks. It will also provide warmth and atmosphere but not take up valuable seating space. Made in Vancouver, Canada and shipped all over the world. Hence the Solus Linear firepit could be ideal for your restaurant, hotel or other commercial needs.
Along with the new fire pit is the metal table top. This can convert into a drinks ring for the 36 and 48 Hemi fire pit. Solus started selling this earlier in the year and it has proved very popular for both commercial and domestic requirements. A simple disk table top is also available for the smaller 26 Hemi.
Made out of noncorrosive aluminum and stainless steel which compliments the concrete material of the fire pit. The Hemi with drinks ring provides a sculptural fire bowl design, along with somewhere for guests to put drinks. The table top turns a fire pit into a multi-use product. A modern, unusual table that also protects the gas burners when not in use.
HD Expo is the premier trade show and conference for the hospitality industry. The show has been running since 1992 and is presented by Hospitality Design magazine and today it remains at the forefront of the hospitality industry offering the newest and most innovative products. The conference is an opportunity for those in the industry to share ideas and provide inspiration by connecting with other hospitality professionals.
On our booth, we will of course be displaying and demonstrating a selection of our best-selling fire pits and water features alongside the new additions to our collection. If you are visiting this year, please come and see us and our products on booth 1874. We look forward to meeting you.

Some of the guests we meet in our show room know they absolutely want a fire pit, but aren’t exactly sure about how best to arrange their outdoor seating around one. Thus, we have compiled 6 of the simplest ways in which fire pits can be arranged for your outdoor space or patio. And of course, if none of these layouts work for you, any of our of sales associates would be happy to strategize with you by phone or in person.
It is with great pleasure that Solus Decor announces that we will be donating 2 fire pits; 1 Hemi firebowl and 1 Elevated Halo fire pit to the 27th Annual Crystal Ball Charity Auction which is Reach for the Rainbow‘s signature fundraising event. This event is to take place on November 16, 2013 in Toronto. For those of you who don’t know:
“[It] is considered one of the top black tie revenue generating galas in the country. This one-of-a-kind event now in its 26th year draws the who’s who of Corporate Canada including the elite, the affluent and the philanthropic.”
It’s important for us to give back to the community as often as we can to help those less fortunate than us. This past September, we donated a Hemi firebowl to the IDSwest Laneway House Auction to the benefit of the Alzheimer’s Society of BC. At this event, our 2 fire pits will be auctioned off to help raise money for Reach for the Rainbow which serves to help the lives of the children and young adults with complex developmental and physical disabilities, as well as their families. Although we can’t make it, we are thrilled that we are being represented by none other than Jennifer Gannon of Bonavista Pool & Spas, one of our best dealers in Toronto. We hope that the money raised by our two fire pits will help make even a modest difference.
If you are in the Toronto area or would like to attend the 27th Annual Crystal Ball Charity Auction, download the ticket order form or contact them for more info.
Have your heard the exciting news? Solus Decor has been chosen to participate in the build of the H&L Laneway Feature Home for auction at the 2013 IDSwest show September 19-22 2013. We are thrilled that our 36” Hemi Firebowl will contribute to the warmth and beauty of its outdoor space.
This laneway home, built by Alair Homes and designed by renowned designer Gaile Guevara of Modern604, will be auctioned off to the benefit of the Alzheimer Society of B.C. at 5:15pm on Saturday, September 21, 2013, World Alzheimer’s Day. The concept is to build a 516ft laneway home that is sophisticated and contemporary (all things we encompass) and wow contemporary design enthusiasts while being efficient on small space.
In case you didn’t know, laneway homes are a great way to reduce our carbon footprint and increase affordable rental or housing options by building small, yet efficient homes along alleys where a garage would traditionally go.
Make sure to stop by and see our 36” Hemi Firebowl on display at this incredible H&L Laneway Home.
