The adherence and detail of shipping was always timely and packaged with care. I totally appreciate how much work Brian has done to make sure that it looks as good as it did - he really is a master at what he does.....and there have been no shortage of challenges due to the nature of our building and what he had to work with re the existing fireplace structure!
