Inside Sales Associate

Solus Decor Inc has been designing and creating luxury cast concrete products since 1998. We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our sales team.

You:

• have exceptional communications skills, are good at listening, gathering
information, and winning and maintaining confidence
• want to represent high end, designer products
• are interested in working one-on-one with customers to come up with product solutions
• want be a key part of a small, hard-working and dedicated team
• like challenging work within a stable, supportive environment
• are organized, systematic and dependable
• are confident, competitive and driven to succeed
• are adept with crm databases and MS Office

The position:

• is a consultative sales role with emphases on qualification, needs analysis and job/client management
• involves selling to individuals, designers and builders locally and throughout North America from our Vancouver office
• involves handling primarily inbound leads in our showroom and via telephone and email
• requires managing and administrating multiple orders to completion
• requires persistence, follow-through, and tenacity to achieve consistent sales targets

This is a full-time position in our location near downtown Vancouver. We offer a starting salary of $40K+ commissions.
