SALES ASSOCIATE - VANCOUVER
Solus is an award winning, high-end design/ manufacturing company
specializing in custom cast concrete. We work closely with clients to
create unified concrete design solutions for their distinctive spaces.
Our unique products are placed primarily in high-end homes and
developments and specified by designers, architects and custom home
builders. A local success story with a sales and marketing profile
that spans North America, our average annual growth over the past five
years has been 33% and we wish for this trend to continue. We are
seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is willing to go the
distance and achieve revenue objectives.
Relationship building is the key to our business - from the initial
inquiry and sales transaction through to the final installation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be a key member of a small sales team
(of 4) working directly for the manufacturer (20 employees)
- Technical sales: product and industry knowledge is essential in this
complex and growing market
- Sales administration and management: we are a project-oriented sales
team with a high level of client communication
- Sourcing and developing client base; and relationship building
Skills and Experience
- 2 years or more of direct sales experience
- Strong sales drive, self-motivation and perseverance
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
efficiently
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written
and oral
- Ability to interact with discerning customers, designers,
architects, builders and suppliers
- Outgoing and upbeat attitude within a small team environment
